Talk about whatever you want (as long as it's cats) Part 2
Welcome back to the only blog series brave enough to tackle the hard‑hitting topic of… cats. Yes, cats. Still cats. Always cats. Because apparently Part 1 didn’t fully capture the majestic chaos gremlins that run our households like tiny, furry dictators.
Let’s begin with the morning routine — also known as “being screamed at by a creature that hasn’t paid rent once.” Cats will yell at you for food, water, attention, existential reasons, or because a leaf moved outside and they felt personally attacked. And you’ll respond, because you’re weak and they know it.
Then there’s the classic cat hobby: knocking random objects off tables with the confidence of a drunk king declaring, “This displeases me.” Pens, cups, your phone, your hopes and dreams — all fair game. They don’t even look at the object. They look at you, like, “Watch this, idiot.”
And let’s not forget the zoomies. One minute your cat is asleep like a Victorian child recovering from consumption, and the next they’re sprinting through the house like they just remembered they left the oven on. No explanation. No apology. Just pure chaos.
But despite all this, we love them. Why? Because they’re adorable little tyrants who occasionally bless us with a purr, a head‑boop, or that rare moment where they sit on your lap and pretend to be emotionally stable. It’s like winning the lottery, except fuzzier and with more judgmental staring.
So yes — Part 2 is still about cats. Part 3 will also be about cats. This is your life now. Accept it.
